I’m Lindsay – a wellness and fitness coach with over 14 years of experience. I mostly help women 35 and older take control of their health, regain their energy, and navigate hormonal changes with confidence. Through my brand, Vitality Squad, I specialize in 1:1 functional lifestyle coaching, focusing on fitness, nutrition, and mindset strategies tailored to hormonal health and sustainable results. So I can work alongside of your primary care team to help you implement what they suggest.
I’m based in Philly, but my coaching is fully online, so I get to work with incredible clients from all over! My coaching includes personalized plans for fitness (think dumbbell-only workouts designed for at-home or the gym specific workouts), nutrition (whole-food, balanced meals without the overwhelm), and lifestyle changes (like managing stress, improving sleep, and building self-care routines that stick).
I’m a firm believer in meeting my clients where they are and helping them build habits that feel simple, achievable, and empowering. My work isn’t just about transformations (I call them glow ups)—it’s about creating a lifestyle that feels good and works for you.
